The police officer’s on scene felt so threatened by the subject’s presence that…..they decided not to physically engage the subject?
Here’s the reality - the officer in the video who the subject approached prior to the battery said they did NOT feel physical force was necessary. Additionally, there are different techniques for apprehending a subject in that situation. None of which involve hitting someone in the head, an action which could interpreted as deadly force. He could suffer any one of a thousand ailments now, according to the right doctor and lawyer.
