None of it made sense to her. The day she birthed Zavi Vadim had shown up like a force. She had thought it was because he was being possessive over their child. Maybe he wanted to raise Zavi or he had just come to make sure he was involved in her life. It became clear Vadim wanted her, too. Though she had just given birth he had tried to usher them into the sea. If it wasn't for Loupgaru she would have been in the Lagoon much sooner. Zavi would have never gotten these few memories she had in the Inlet before Vadim decided to come back for them again.

The second time he physically assaulted her mother and officially took them captive. Since then, Devi has waited for some grand treatment from him. She assumed all the effort he had put in to get them here meant he valued their time. Devi was left dissapointed each time she couldn't find him. Even more so each moment she found him talking with that palomino mare. This is why today she had decided to demand her worth. Demand the time she deserved to have from him. What they deserved!

Brown eyes turn to her bouncing filly until she hears the heavy hoofsteps of her captor. Devi's eyes rise to meet his green gaze as his unenthused tone of voice questions her call. "Uh, yeah." She snaps with a sour taste in her mouth. She stomps one of her front hooves which sends Zavi scurring to her side. "Just where have you been?" She asks as if she was the one who owned him. "All this trouble to bring us here and you are nowhere to be found." Her eyes narrow.
