Everytime I hear the phrase "more equitable" these days thats a big red flag. When I got on the job thats all I heard was firemen only care about retro. Now all we care about is raises and retro? Thats interestingly peculiar at this time.
I'm game though. Let's hear your suggestions for these issues. The city continues to nickel and dime us citizens of the city. Now Convince the guys who don't want a promotion or don't get in trouble to forgo a raise.
Let's hear your suggestions.
