The old guard is becoming increasingly worried about people like Flisk. Namely, because they’re tier 2 and over half the department (believe it’s like 60% now) was hired after 2010. And the percentage is increasing everyday. They don’t like the idea that the tier 2 guys are chipping away at their power.
