At the end of the day, that "Affirmative Action" CANDIDATE was abandoned by his Officer. That Good Ole Boy Officer didn't bother to report him missing? That Good Ole Boy Officer did not ensure he was on the right radio channel. I would bet that the Good Ole Boy Officer stood at roll call (if he bothered to have roll call) and said this is the drills for the day if the Chief asks. Then that Good Ole Boy Officer lied in the training records, so that the City can get that training money. Stop gaslighting the dead guy because it is politically convenient for you.
