Hey, I'm just stoppin by to make conversation, off you guys tips to take or leave, and you seem to resent my efforts. I'm just doin what I did in broadcast television: learning some stuff, writing about it and distributing it. You're view of me is very small and only what I let you see. I write on many topics elsewhere, tho admittedly not with the captured audience NBC affiliates gave me. But few people disagree with my analyses unless I'm truthchecking them.
I do that a lot on Fox, The Hill, and other right wing large readership pages. Been doing it for years. I'm not sure why you and Jim have such an erection about it...that's your problem. We who did facework got both kudos and criticisms from the public so it simply goes with the territory. I know that most people who did the craft didn't criticize each other because we all enjoyed doing it and our bosses put food on our tables for it.
I've never said it was a bad life...and we ended up very comfortable after it was over. Hope you guys are as lucky, stayed together with your families and have a little money in your pockets to live on in your old age. With all the drugs we've got to stay healthy, we're gonna be around for a long time.
I've observed that my grandparents died in their 60s, my parents in their 80s, and we'll probably be around to see what happened to our media careers and glad we were in it during the fun times.
Hope I never get the attitudes you guys do!
BTW, Biden's not my hero particularly--nobody beats the class and success of Obama, but they're all a lot better than those dark times we had under Trump. If you dont' agree, then you watch way too much Fox. Replies: There have been no replies.
