why would a fire commissioner need to run a fire? Answer me that. Its a different skill set. People are promoted to these admin roles based on how they handle a fire ground, and that is the reason this department keeps taking big ####s. We have retards that can barely figure out how to turn on a computer leading the 2nd largest fire department in the USA. Riddle me that. What is the real job or the commissioners?
