LOL. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Payton, Northside Prep and Jones ONLY accept the top scoring students in a city of three million, then brag that they have the best rankings. I can’t believe that some people fall for this. (Oh wait. Yes, I can.) It’s like when they say “crime is down in Chicago.”
