The department might be ran by dummies. Oh wait so is 43rd street. Cleary is just as dumb now as he was before. It's all a big#####joke. Who cares. Get a check 2X a month and find something else to do after this job. The city gives no craps about any of us or any union other than the CTU. CTU knows that they are golden and nothing will happen to them.
