Gambler, I 1000% understand what you are saying.But Holt sets tone for everyone. She's the boss;Why aren't tanks being checked? Why are guys not drilling, Why do we have to ask these questions after every LODD. While she may not be able to run a fire, she picks who does. She has failed us as a department and needs to go.
