I think you should FIRST weigh the words you're reading before you judge anything else about a post.
Then notice if it's an anonymous post laced with insults or radical ideas, instead of someone using the same name and isn' trying to take pot shots behind trees as you are. Are they on topic? Educational and balanced, and offer evidence supporting their opinions if they're offering them. or laced with cheap shots against other posters.
And the posters' educations/career experience because other than the words they speak, only their experience adds or detracts from the credibility of their views.
As to peoples past history being a factor, I only suggest if they have no history, are too young and inexperienced, ignore them if theyre offering parenting expertise, and if they're offering marital advice, dont' take them too seriously if they couldn't keep a successful marriage together for decades. The final thing to keep in mind is if a poster is posting with good intent or not. Where does that put YOU? Replies: There have been no replies.
