And another thing smartass, even if one does get involved in the "process" looks where that gets you? You get involved, join a committee and the dummies on the board vote it down or ignore it. The guys running Local 2 have nothing better to do than hang around yapping at one another while the rest of us have actual lives and go out and be productive. When good guys try to get involved they aren't welcomed.
