20k a year to rent a vacant lot? Then we’re paying to permit it, pave it, maintain it, clear it of snow and ice and become our liability. What’s wrong with the current parking situation? It’s not like the union hall draws large crowded except for once ever 3-5 years at contract ratification time. I wonder is Tony Martin will have his son be the contractor just like he was paying him under the table to do work around the hall. Or maybe we can hire some more non union companies to work on our new union hall parking lot. My guess is the kid will get the nod in true Chicago fashion. Replies:
