So let me get this straight. The phones at Local 2 will be down because everyone needs to trained on how to use a PHONE!!!!! Phone upgrade fantastic, it's progress, but if you have to train people to use them. A. You're paying close to top dollar B. How many ####ups will result from this? I never got call, I deleted the message.
