It goes back to when the Cowboys won several SuperBowls back in the 90s. At the celebration after winning the second SuperBowl Jimmie Johnson pulled aside his assistant coaches and he had a private "toast" to thank them for the Cowboy's success. He did not include owner Jerry Jones in his private "toast" and Jerry was livid.
