And the best thing about it was it made me godfather to about 50-sum people, including myself, that due to my speech 20 yrs ago, those of us remaining on the Lts list were required to be made before the city could put up the new 2009 Lt list because the city exceeded merit. And many of those guys made in '11 are Capts & Chiefs now.
