Re(2): Trend In Tri Prices This Season At Dania Posted on January 2, 2024 at 03:39:14 PM by Jim
I have liked your analyses of things related to pools, payoffs, combos, etc. It's fun and insightful to track it, though I only track it mentally.
In my opinion, yes, the tri's are paying very well, and I think it's because we are seeing a lot less "won straight out," games which are easy to call. Like the house number 5-2-4, or 6-2-4, 6-2-5, or 1-4-2, etc. I've also seen a LOT of games going around and around, often with some good points, and many teams at game point and losing. Furthermore, just seems like there are a lot of high post position teams scoring 4 or 6 points (or 7 or 8 points in super games), and losing, which then sets up a tougher tri possibility. Like when 7 goes to game point and lose. Getting a 7 to place in a tri is not common, leading to a pretty much good tri, if 4, 5, 6, or 8 then come around and win.
My wagering base always incorporates all combos in that method, so long as my teams win. IOTW, place and show I will nearly always have. And for me, the goal is hoping such a tougher combo comes in, often with a good team, leading to a good payoff...hopeful, anyway. Replies:
