Greetings from western New York (WNY) where it is a balmy 20 F !
I am safe and warm at my house awaiting the start of the Bills - Steelers game.
In New York State we have the New York Racing Association (NYRA) that operates Aqueduct, Belmont and Saratoga thoroughbred racetracks.
They also operate "NYRABets" (www.nyrabets.com) which is an on-line betting platform for horseracing around the world.
Maybe Dania and Magic City (and Miami) could come up with something similar.
