The party had been cancelled. Local 2 will instead donate to each suspended member a parking space at our new lot. Local 2 is also working on an ordinance to have the City pay profit motivated individuals for providing space for migrants to camp as long as it has running water. The size of the space will, coincidentally be the size of a parking lot. And unbelievably Local 2 just put in a new water line to provide water to the migrants. So these suspended members will have cash coming in every month for leasing their parking spot. Additionally, the ordinance will allow Local 2 the ability to lease the entire building for immigrants, up to 1,000 migrants at a time. Local 2 will be greatly increasing our financial position to offset additional 'administrative' costs and smart initiatives we are developing.
