Would you still love me if I confessed my sins?

Time slowly weaved through space like a dangerous game. Its tight grip on all life was a viper ready to strike, as Paradise had already seen. Perking black trimmed ears forward, a large clydesdale mare looked about the place she now called home. She had been brought here by Siren and now was left with Azrael, the father of her child. It was odd, her once being free and a show mare and now here on some islands with the most wild of creatures. Her friend Siren had taken the wilder parts of herself in a vice grip and now was dealing with the stains it would leave upon her mind while a younger mare took over Paradise. Launching Tide’s, this mare in question, was to deal with the fall out and be passed through two leaders thanks to Siren.

Shaking her head, Launch softly lipped at her foal's ears, the smoky black filly seeming to sleep through most of the day. Launch would like to get up and show this filly to her father, to make a slight relationship with this Azrael character. She had allowed a night during the fall that she could never take back and honestly never would. This little filly named Huntsman was a product of that night and the Clydesdale could not be any happier. It was nice to have a foal of her own choosing, to go find a stallion that marked all of her favorite things instead of one that matched what the humans wanted from her. She was flashy to the humans, but to other horses she was grade at best and that made her a laughing stock during those shows she used to participate in.

Softly nudging her foal finally, Launch gave her enough time to get up and onto her four spindly legs before the large mare weaved through the territory that she was to call home. She was thankful for a safe place to reside, but she hated the fact that she had been pawned off like a toy so many times now. First the humans, then Siren, and finally Snapdragon in a way. Snapdragon had not meant to shove her around, at least that's what Launch had thought. Snapdragon was a different kind of mare and Launch was thankful for that little tid-bit as she moved through this warmer climate. It was not as hot as the desert or as cold as a tundra like state, but it was almost always perfect in temperature and she never had to really worry about growing a long coat and shedding it out later.

Letting herself stand on the beach with Huntsman, Launch pulled in a breath of sea air and gave a faint smile before she called to Azrael. She was excited for him to meet her foal, to see what she had grown for the two of them. Azrael was smaller than Launch, which aided in her having an easier birth considering her foal was not the standard size of a draft. Huntsman did have leg feathers already and denser bones, but she knew in time the filly would be leaner like her father. It was a nice change for launch as she was tired of raising and growing horses that could be the same size if not bigger than her eighteen hands.
