Anyone notice that this new batch of candidates is absolutely useless? No fire skills, no life skills and no life experience. Is this the true onslaught of the millennials coming through the doors? If this is indicative of hats to come this job really is on its last legs. Lazy as the day is long, entitled and just unteachable.
