Fianally someone asked the real question? The new guy(6 months on ther job) should be stuck to the officers hip period. Maybe you guys have new officers who play the games but don't want the responsibility that comes with being a fire officer. If the crew claims he knew nothing, then his education should have been completed at the company level. It's the company members that suffer if the weakest link (Male or Female) is not pulling the weight. Does that house not have a barn boss?
