I don't have the stats either, but my sense of it from what I have watched is that Urrutia was tops last year, but maybe Urreisti is surpassing him a bit this season.
However, Urreisti serve pick was not much of a factor in his last partido, so that is something to think about too. If it's mostly a factor against iffy serves, then by the time you are deep into the bracket, you will automatically be facing better servers.
Aside from that, it might be interesting now and historically to ID guys who never ever cut the serve. I think that would be essential for anyone who aspired to be a top level analyst.
Eg: facing a team with no threat of cutting the serve and a receiving back without much power would reduce the doubles serving disadvantage to just about zero. That might sound crazy, but I think you could objectively measure both factors thru observation. So even if that kind of evaluation might be invisible to us, it could be have predictive value and be impactful for those who think that way.
