A protest with 30 guys will get you no where. Why not alert the Insurance Service Office, the company that controls fire insurance rating for the City. We are currently rated a 1 out of 10; based on training, have you been to a meaningful academy run drill that wasn't about checking a box for them?, water supply(how many TLs and barely operating spares are in service?), response time (see above). You want to make someone take notice Local 2 President Paycheck? Go after the cities money and stop worrying about your own.
