PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

To quit is to die without trying. (Open)

Blinking eyes of an ice hue, a red mare stood in a sun bathed spot. The long red strands of her mane slowly flicked and fluttered against the cheeks of the red horse. Her thick hooves were faintly chipped and her body held some scars, but not many. Her thick frame shifted on the rock she found herself on though, her ears tucked tight to her head as she blew out a lout snort, her body facing the direction that the wind came barreling from.

Moving across the rocky ledge, Titan moved through her home. She had been a ghost since that day she had been saved from the stallion, but she did not really think she had been saved. The mare had joined the peak, but she had not bothered to meet anyone. No one here captured her interest and her mind was locked on the stallion from before. The first one was not worth her train of thought, but the second one was. He had been rough and she wanted to feel his teeth latch onto her fur and drag her to his home, but she would not speak that outloud. Titan liked someone that would force her to submit, but he had not even gotten the chance.

Rolling her eyes, the mare huffed a breath before her body prowled through the Peak. Her mane and tail were wind swept and knotted, looking more feral than she previously had. The red mare was intent on the distant shores that would lead to the stallion, but for now she needed to stay and grow stronger. She had to practice battle and be higher than her flimsy training as of current. That was why Titan wove her way through the mountainous lands in search of a sparring partner, or someone else to try and take her away.
