Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

I open at the close (Garmr/open)

Romaro, seething with anger and determination, wasted no time in launching into action after witnessing his queen and remaining herd members seek refuge with the lead stallion Helios. The once peaceful giant was now consumed by a newfound fury, cursing himself and the stallion Nawahi who had seized his land and refused to release Shiloh.

The thought of leaving Shiloh behind filled Romaro's heart with guilt and anguish. How could this have happened? He pondered angrily as he propelled himself into a full gallop. It took him two moons to reach the Lagoon, but upon arrival in the swamp land, he let out a call to the leader and all those who harbored a grudge against Nawahi. Romaro hoped that by uniting against their common enemy, they could wage war on the stallion and bring him to justice.

The towering bay dun splash stallion stood tall and resolute as he awaited a response to his call. "Nawahi will pay for what he's done... even if it's my dying breath, I will strip him of everything he treasures most," Romaro muttered to himself as he began to formulate his plan. He was determined to have a strategic and ready plan in place, so that when others arrived, it could be swiftly discussed and put into action.

Romaro refused to waste any time. He was driven by an unwavering determination to avenge the injustices inflicted upon him and his herd. His mind raced with thoughts of retribution and a fierce desire to ensure that Nawahi faced the consequences of his actions.

As he awaited the arrival of others who would join him in his quest for justice, Romaro's mind was consumed by thoughts of Shiloh and the impending battle that lay ahead. He vowed to do whatever it took to reclaim what was rightfully theirs and to liberate Shiloh from the clutches of Nawahi.

With every passing moment, Romaro's resolve grew stronger. He was prepared to lead the charge, to rally his allies, and to confront Nawahi with unyielding courage and determination. This was a battle that he was determined to win, no matter the cost.

The landscape around him seemed to hum with anticipation and the air crackled with the promise of impending conflict. Romaro was ready to unleash his fury and bring about the downfall of Nawahi, no matter what obstacles lay in his path.

The fire of vengeance burned brightly within him, propelling him forward with an unstoppable force. There was no turning back now; Romaro was fully committed to the cause and prepared to do whatever it took to achieve victory. His heart pounded with adrenaline and his eyes gleamed with a steely resolve as he awaited the arrival of his allies, ready to embark on the battle that would define the fate of their herd.
