Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

I'm filled with flaws and attitude

If you need perfect, I'm not built for you

It didn't take long for a stallion to appear. His green eyes stare back at her from the shadows as if to let her know she was being watched. She was curious if he would approach or just stay in the shadows awaiting the Boss to show up. She only becomes uneasy the more she stares at those green eyes of his. There was something about his eyes that she couldn't place. A distant memory perhaps, but whatever it was she didn't care for it. The champagne mare snorts just as the stranger's voice reaches her ears.

It was not a voice she recognizes, but he speaks like a true Lagoon stallion. Her eyes roll. The stallion steps forward and his large brown figure is finally revealed. He was very tall just as Vadim had been. Seems bulky too. What kind of monsters was the Lagoon growing these days? These stallions were very unlike the Nahawi she had grown to care for. She begins to worry what the future might bring if these giant beasts keep growing here.

"Why have you come to my home?" he asks with a tone that agrivates her. "Not to see you," She says with a sly smirk. Devi was always cautious when it came to the Lagoon stallions, but she was not afraid. She was confident she would be returning home this time. "I have not come to play with the wildlife." She adds. "Where is Nahawi?" Confident eyes do not leave the stallion's gaze as she asks the question. Nahawi would have a lot more explaining to do now.
