Local 2 does have some sort of solution for this. They have the EMS committee that is working to eliminate 2,3,4,5x being punished for the same mistake or incident. The region, IDPH, IAD, if needed CPD, and other charges depending on the situation. Look at these medics charged with killling patients now for negligence. Dont think it wont come here. Look at some of our medics. Ive seen some kill more than they have helped.
