I just turned the big 7-0 and I'm off to a flying start. This morning I make my normal big ole 20oz triple scoop Starbucks coffee and decide to clean up the counter area before heading to the recliner. While toweling off the counter I nudge the coffee and it's tipping over. So I luge for it and slam it into the back wall while at the same time banging the top of my bald ass head into the bottom of the overhead cabinets. Coffee is all over the place like a bomb went off and I'm bleeding like stuck pig...

and it's only 6am.

Old people, whatta ya gonna do?
