We are jacked. Thats the problem. We are electing FF's with a high school education to negotiate with lawyers and high level college degrees. But it's ok because we are big, bad, tough, firefighters....Just ask us. WHAT A JOKE! BUT NOTHING WILL CHANGE. DO THE TIME UNTIL YOU CAN GET INTO THE CPS UNION. THEY ARE GOING TO BYPASS US IN SALARY, BENEFITS, AND RESIDENCY.....WAIT AND SEE.
