Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

You’re playing my game now. (Cullen)

LUCIFER
stallion | 18hhs | black | of the lagoon

Standing in the Lagoon, Lucifer flicked his tail over his hocks. Fall was here, the season driving stallions and mares mad with that lustful feeling of making spawn. Lucifer held no need to make spawn, his heart unable to fathom the idea of something coming from his own body and a mare. His eyes rolled at that strain of thoughts, but soon enough he grinned with his red eyes glaring into the place of his home, having brought a mare after Helios ruined his raid. Lucifer knew deep down her would be back for Romaro, that stallion having captured the need for a hunt. Lucifer wanted to taste his flesh, to rip flesh from bone and stomp the child he knew was there. However, Lucifer needed training on certain aspects before he would ever dare go that path and he knew just who he would be going towards.

Huffing a breath with his body now moving, Lucifer lifted his head higher and let his black ears perk forward. He could scent Cullen on the wind and his body aimed towards that stallion. Lucifer did not know who Cullen was, but the large black brute did not dare offer a care as he lifted his hooves through the marshy water and everything else in his way. His feathered feet trampled over small rodents and squashed other small animals in his way. Some were trying to escape the clutches of snakes, but others were running and got caught. Lucifer felt something burn in his chest with the joy he felt squishing away life, but he cared not for the heat he felt as he rounded a bend and set his gaze upon Cullen.

Locking his gaze on the palomino overo before him, Lucifer took in the older stallion. His dark heart thumped an odd and stronger beat as he moved closer, his head faintly lowering in a sign of respect? He had never shown anyone this before, but the black stallion could almost feel something from the other horse that had him wanting to bow, his mind already made up on the fact that Garmr would no longer be his Boss. Lucifer had a new Boss now, but he did not say who that horse was yet.

“Cullen….” He purred, his voice lower and gravelly as he stopped before the other horse and lowered onto one knee, the other front leg sticking out as he tucked his head to his chest. “I have come… for teaching.” He rumbled, his ears tucking to his head before he lifted his face up and sent a sinister grin towards the stallion in front of him. His eyes blazed then as he waited, his body shifting to give full loyalty to a stallion that Garmr had released, but did not know the consequences…

”Welcome back to the Lagoon, Boss.”
