The way to find out how well legalized prostitution works is to go where it's legal everywhere and also where women's culture is to give it away for room and board.
My coworker and I didn't stay there but we did go in and have a drink just because we were Kansas curious. It wasn't any different than serving in Asia where the military made it safe and effective for us. County health departments in America should do the same.
