This had got to be the best time ever to negotiate a decent contact. This mayor is in way over his head. He has a ton of COVID money left over. The DNC is coming to town. There is a crisis in leadership in the CFD brass. This Executive Board better not screwed this up. Realistically retro checks should be in our hands by July or August. Get it done already.
