I've heard it suggested before, but don't know of anyone who's tried it.
Your points are all valid:- Doubles point winners might choose to receive
- Singles backcourters might choose to receive
It all depends on individual player abilities/preferences, of course.
But, interestingly, it could be tried without really messing up the game. Maybe just as an exhibition one day.Don't forget to update your simulator ... lol
