If true..Local 2 negotiated a 3-5% raise depending on inflation for years 26 and 27. Also, Local 2 negotiated a 7.5% raise for the years 21,22 and 23 while inflation was 4.7% in 21', 8% in 22' and 4.1% in 23'. Give a big W for the City if this is true.
