Fact, Local 2 agreed to the Brass Bill, if the 3 percent Cola would be allowed to pass. Cola passed, then Local 2 screwed the agreement made in the office with the "State Rep. and the Admin. That is a fact. Tebbins whined about being left out...how did that work out???? he is now left out..... No good deed goes unpunished
