Did you just repeat your assertion that 'just sayin' is a dodge from responsibility for a comment? I won't waste my time. Instead, I'll rephrase that I think "just saying" is more like "IMHO", showing an element of humility: "It's just ME sayin and I'm nobody in authority or expert, it's just my common sense observation." Can it be either one nbut not necessariy both?
