The Judge, you have just about everything wrong. Almost all of what you said here is false. Local 2 endorsed Emanuel after we endorsed Chuy. All the money was given to candidates and no one was pressured to donate. Everyone that donated got a vote on where the money was spent. Robyn had nothing to do with the PAC fund. We were found guilty of being a rival organization but never were. We never attempted to negotiate contractual items with a candidate that couldn’t provide a contract anyway. So many thing are wrong with your entire post. Maybe you should ask one of the 7 what really happened. Oh and Fitz had very little to do with the PAC fund, he never had a seat on the board. Replies:
