Busy week rehearsing for this weeks shows + recording new songs in Boston. These shows should be an interesting mixture of obscure/old and brand new - send in some last minute requests. Billy and Tom have suggested some weariness with many of our A side songs, so we have looked deep into the catlogue for some very strange older songs I completely had forgotten about. They sounded like a familiar but very different band to be honest. I'm most excited to play some new songs, we've written quite a lot these past few months and should have this project finished by autumn. The songs continue to develop and take shape and surprise. I think this is one of the best core group of songs we've written since the 1940's. Cold winter + rainy spring = new england inspiration/angst.
