Just a short word of thanks for (another) amazing show last night. Was there w/ a few friends, and we've seen you folks perform pretty much each yearfor 15+ (starting on Landsdowne during 'FNX party). The new stuff is amazing...I hope you come out with another CD with it ('Down(?)' and all of it sounded so great). Previous music.....well, it's obvious. My brother made a comment half way through the show that I agree with. Seeing you guys in a small setting is better than seeing U2 in a big setting. No disrespect to Bono et al...but well deserved props to you all in my opinion. Under my Thumb a couple of years ago at the old M80 was an epic touch...for possible future reference. Great close w/ Some Girls ensemble last night, and 'You'll Never Catch Him' is brilliant...musically and lyrically. The V. Morrison/Into the Mystic intersperse (I think during Larry?) was Pedroia-esque....it just felt right. Peace out, happy Summer, and go Sox! Replies: There have been no replies.
