Stimulus money not available.TARP money is Trouble Asset Relief Program where U.S. Gov. to purchase assets and equity from financial institutes to strengthen its financial sectors. Where would he put a new Town Barn without the aforementioned land that was purchased. 3 buildings are now sitting on a postage stamp size lot. I'm looking at the future with my actions as I want to be pro-active not re-active.
