Spafford Forest

Onondaga County accepts a gift of 56 acres adjoining the Withey Parcel of Spafford Forest. The gift also includes a forty foot right of way to the until now landlocked portion of the Forest. Four legislators voted against accepting the gift. All four are Democrat members of the legislature and obviously have their heads screwed on backwards.
