Since the USA hasn't built a Nuclear plant in many years, we seem to lose what we dont use. So when, THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES wanted to replace it's importation of natural gas to power it's electricity they decided to build 4 N-plants. So they hired engineers and companies from South Korea. So South Korea beat out GE-Hitachi for the 20 billion $ contract for 2 plants. Nuclear power is coming to the Middle East. That's reality. Didn't read this in the Post...
