Freebies are often granted to "all active characters". A character is considered active if it has made an IC post within the last 2 weeks. Posts made after the freebie was posted do not count.

ooc -> random -> creationist.
creationist is a sub-site of shaman which is replacing the free-for-all board. there are different sections there for you to play what you like.
in the shaman section (five) of creationist, you can completely throw away the rules and play your characters however you want them - with divinity, if you want. however, nothing you do there affects gameplay here.
you can also use the "time machine" on creationist to go back and play on your favourite, older versions.
it's still under construction - i'll be working on it over the summer to make it better - but it's functional for now and available for your use :)
