Was in the carden area Feb 26. Highlights:

10+ Common Redpoll near lift lock
3 Hairy Woodpecker
1 Downy Woodpecker (was on same limb as Hairy, great to see bill comparison)
1 American Kestrel perched on wires just past Dalrymple Lake.
2 Wild Turkeys (Life Bird!)
30+ Bohemian Waxwings
0 Northern Hawk Owls, much to my chagrin.

I'm new to the area, any records of Boreal Chickadees around the area? Lots of BC Chickadees, but could have sworn I heard a boreal in a spruce tree.
