Carden Alvar Nature Board by Bob BowlesCory's Least Bittern

Two weekends ago a friend and I were travelling on the northern road of the Carden property at around 2 in the afternoon (cannot remember the road's name) and I am pretty sure we saw a Cory's Least Bitten crossing the road. We are not bird watchers but I have spotted a Least Bittern before, and had to look it up, so I was a bit familiar with it. It had kind of a rocking back and forth motion as it crossed the road, which took it quite a while. I'd be very interested to hearing from anyone who knows more about this bird to see if it was such (it fitted all the physical features, it was just the rocking motion of which I was unsure).
