This is information from the pension board meeting on Dec. 15, 2011: The board voted to pay all retirees and survivors, who "OPTED OUT OF THE PARKER LAWSUIT", the remaining money and interest from the 2004 - 13th check. The vote was 8 to 1 in favor of paying the opt outs. Further information will be coming from the Pension Office as soon as they have figured out the logistics of getting the checks to the opt outs.
