Hello PEI Roadrunners. I went for a nice long run in this rainy, windy day in Alberta and it reminded of the weather we had during the Run for Mikinduri in 2008. That in turn reminded me of my awesome and very missed friends from the Club. I miss you guys and I can't wait to see you in August!! Just a reminder to take it easy on me when I come back to the island, I can't run like I used too.
