Hi All, As many of you have noticed I have changed the date and location of my run this year and I am looking for volunteers for the Arthritis Joints in Motion run on July 28th. If you can help me out please email or call 566-2996 . Reminder that the race location has changed to Cornwall this year. Starts and ends at Sams Restaurant in Cornwall.Prizes for 1st,2nd and 3rd place finishers in both 5km and 10km run. Lots of great draw prizes as well.
