That thought did come to mind, believe me. But the lady had 3 of her prized dogs injured by this cougar. She posted pictures of the one injured the worst on their farm website the day it happened. The cougar went for its neck, but the other two dogs attacked it. They suffered scratches but nothing major. But the dogs had her attention and were her first concern. We will get to the bottom of it believe me. We have run into this issue before with wildlife personell, lets hope its not the case this time.
